These Provider Terms & Conditions ("Provider Terms") apply specifically to users who register as a Program Provider ("Provider", "you") on Six Month Society ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These are in addition to the general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which also apply to you.
As a Provider, you are an independent operator. Six Month Society is a marketplace that connects you with potential participants — we do not employ, contract, or supervise you. You are solely responsible for:
When a participant enrols in your program, you may receive their contact information (name, email, phone number) to facilitate communication. By registering as a Provider, you agree to:
Once participant data is shared with you, you become independently responsible for how you handle that data. Six Month Society does not control, monitor, or accept liability for your use of participant information.
Six Month Society is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from a program you deliver. This includes (but is not limited to) physical injury, property damage, financial loss, or any dispute between you and a participant.
We strongly recommend that you hold appropriate public liability insurance and any professional indemnity insurance relevant to your services. It is your responsibility to assess and manage the risks associated with the programs you offer.
Six Month Society does not currently process payments between Providers and Participants. All financial arrangements, including pricing, payment collection, refunds, and invoicing, are between you and your participants directly.
We reserve the right to introduce platform fees or commission structures in the future. Any such changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or permanently remove your Provider account if:
Where possible, we will notify you before taking action and give you the opportunity to address the issue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Six Month Society, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your programs, your use of the Platform, or any breach of these Provider Terms.
We may update these Provider Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
If you have questions about these Provider Terms, contact us at [email protected].
These Provider Terms should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
